  1. I think he's still in Ashville. It's beautiful up there. tree... but... but.... Who is he with? What is he wearing? What does his hair look like? These tweeters need Clayfan training 101!!!
  2. keeping... no no... not frog... toad, it is a toad with all kinds of warty warts! I remember and have saved at home the wonderful story/poem about that that GBB or Berkely (both are excellent writers) wrote. I absolutely LOVED it. Perma... CONGRATS!!! With your photog skills, that baby is going to be sooooo immortalized with such wonderful skill! Lucky gramma, mom, dad and Hailey! Whooo hoooo!!!! Today's photo contest is a runaway by the biggest margin ever, I'm thinkin' LOL This is such a fun contest... thanks ldyj and helpers!!!
  3. katy... I think Clay is enough of an actor and really gets into the lyrics of his songs, hence the "sad" look in this picture. The rest of the Leno visit was not sad in the least, but he is good at living in the moment. We can never know whether that sad was real or not, but speculate we can! I was at the Climmel for his first "concert" appearance after the mess. He was so funny that night, but I worried about him cause he had lost weight and seemed so dang thin (Angela had to roll his pants waist up in rehearsal) and he was so palpably glad to be in front of fans again and to hear the applause and screaming. It had to have been a good day for him, with the great CD signing, then the Kimmel appearance. Lots of lovin' goin' on! LOVED that day!!!
  4. {{{{{{couchie}}}}}} Cha cha... :bdayparty2: Contest #10... I absolutely LOVED that outfit and the glasses at that awful awards show. Clay never wore the outfit again. Wonder if he associated it with the stupid rubber dog?
  5. Congrats on all those gotten tickets!!! Whoo hooo!!! for the sold out gala! I'm sure all tickets will find homes, but how much are they? I do a monthly to CU, so I'm covered. Everyone should, if they can, if only $5/month, cause we all use them excessively whenever there is an appearance to watch. GO CU!!!! Just to decorate the place up in all this excitement...
  6. Hmmmm, what might you be up to? luckiest... I hope something naughty and nice! goldarngirl... any JBT where he is doing Suspicious Minds with that mic stand between his legs would be a mighty fine addition to any work around the mic stand. I would also recommend the moment on the SRHP tour when the frog was in the audience and he ended the night with his hands around the mic like a prayer. Touching. That may not help much, but it gives a general direction. SOOOO excited for the news about Decca! Next year is gonna be a good one, I just know it. Wheeeeee! couchie.... Yeah!!! I'm feeling it, sistah! I think the new schedule sounds like a winner. Exercise does wonders for mood, too. Walks in pretty places, especially near water works well for me!
  7. #1 is a work of art... the picture and the man and, yes.... the lips!!!
  8. Canfly... I know that first animation where he's jumping is part of the NAT tour and he had just beat Q in holding the note in Friends.
  9. I had to go with #2 as it makes me smile with my whole self to remember the video from that F.U.N. Gala.

    this or that

O.M.G.... both are swoon-worthy... OMWH, cause it was what Clay wanted and created. IWTKWLI Los Angeles or Orlando?
  11. Raleigh started digging
  12. cindi... VERY adorable, that's how adorable he is! Simon couldn't believe that Clay really cared about his causes, but he was wrong. From the very beginning, this very good man has cared and determined to make a difference and not just be a useless celebrity. He has succeeded! Yay, Clay! However, I bet he's not sorry he's a celebrity.... most of the time. It got attention and support for UNICEF and the Inclusion Project and it got him Parker Foster Aiken. If he hadn't gone on AI, he wouldn't have gotten a record contract that led him to Jaymes, that led to a friendship so deep that they had a family together. Yay, celebrity! canfly... well, you can console yourself with the thoughts that when they expand into Canada or other parts of the world, they'll just have to change the name to International Inclusion Project! IIP... I like it! They should anyway cause of all the great support the Canadian fans have given the foundation over the years... so there! {{{{{{{merrieeee}}}}}}} You are right... an unparalleled feat of supersecretiveness!!! Congrats and thanks!!! {{{{{{{gmb}}}}}}} Understand that everyone is supportive here at FCA and we (if I can speak for other FCAers) are just happy when you can join in and post! bottle... I LOVE this, so I'm posting it again and adding my... Parker Foster Aiken... Happy First Birthday... May you have many many even happier ones!!!
  13. claylove.... THANKS!!! I put that on my desktop so fast Clay got whiplash! ldyj... I wasn't surprised that picture won yesterday. I still get teary eye'd when I watch that Wilkes-Barre Measure of a Man performance and see Clay get all choked up. The other one was hotter, but that one just has such an emotional connection for me.
  14. I knew it would happen... I missed Round 3, but the picture I liked the best won, so all is well. The news about the Foundation /Project is wonderful! I'm sorry for some that the news was not career-related, but I know he'll have some career news for us when he has some career news for us. teehee! I LOVED that picture of him and Diane. LOVED the hair, LOVED the sweater and the way he had the cuffs turned back and pushed up so his forearms showed. I sure hope he wears that to entertain us at some point in time. S.W.O.O.N. It's only been six months since Spamalot ended. I'm ok with him not having something for us just yet.... sorta! Course, I'll be even ok'er when his "soon" happens and we have something to look forward to. Thank goodness for the Gala. He has a lot to live up to after last year's Gala. That was fantastic in all respects! I listen to that cd all the time!
  15. I'm all alone... tmKing Arthur! In that case... Lest we forget his blondliness... Now, I'm taking Clay back to bed...
  16. Claylove..., :bdayparty2: Oh, and President Obama, too! Boy, today's poll absolutely was harder than yesterday's. Whew, what a tough decision. I had to stare at those two pictures for... like... forever!!! Poor me, right???
  17. #2... #2.... #2 S.W.O.O.N.!!! does it everytime for me over CUTE! This is going to be sooo much fun! Thanks for thinking of it and for actually doing it!!!
  18. {{{{{merrieeee}}}}} aikim... and ditto and all like that there. That picture tourney sounds like fun! The Broads contest was HARD on making some of the choices. I'm sure the picture tourney will be just as hard. I think each of their's was up for a week. I don't think we need the brackets up that long, but only 24 hours doesn't seem long enough. I only get on once a day now and some might miss one if it was only 24 hours. 48 hrs seems better, but I'm not running it, so what ldyj and jmh says goes. tribeca.... good luck with the penny slots!!!
  19. aikim... C.O.O.L. Hope this is right-on!!! I wants the man entertaining me again BEFORE Oct, thank you very much! What a shame that promo cd was going for a whole 69 cents.
  20. claylove.... what a love Archie is! Love and light going his way! strummer.... wow... now, that's a great pic with a dark background like that. tribeca... No, they weren't very helpful, but can you get there and stand in line and then save a seat for her to just walk in later when the stampede has died down? Hope you can work out a solution!
  21. bottle... O.M.G.... If I can be coherent after that picture of Reed... KAndre... May the bling rain down on you as you so richly deserve!!! tree.... THANKS for the new picture! I love that man... cute goosebumpy sweatered body and all!
  22. couchie... yeah, that ^^^^ Last season was better for excitement. This year they have some really good dancers, but no one has really caught me. Right now, I don't care who wins, but I love to watch the group numbers, especially. merrieeee... congrats on having your bathrooms back! For a while, you are really going to purr when you go in one. luckiest... thanks for bringing that info over. It makes me feel warm all over to read about the good that BAF is doing, knowing I have helped in some way. I'm working today and the Siebel System 7 is DRIVING ME INSANE!!! Just thought I'd share that, so you know why I am the way I am... LOL
  23. {{{{{couchie}}}}} Dancing to Clay's fastest songs is a good destressor. Walking somewhere pretty is good, too. Watching something that makes you laugh will help, too. Scarlett... My destressor is All Is Well. For some reason that song helps me get through stuff better than any other, tho I LOVE ISY and IWCY for destressing, too. I know it's a Christmas song and I'm not even religious, but something about that song just calms me. Maybe it has something to do with the triumph of his reaching that note after the bad first performance. I have always liked "Tears Run Dry" for heartbreak... I like it because it acknowledges the angst and yet then goes to "somehow I'm gonna put the pieces back" giving hope things will get better. For everyday drama and stress, I really like "Weight of the World." I think it speaks to the pressure we all put on ourselves or find ourselves in, particularly the bridge which has been very helpful to me at times: I know its hard to see from where you are right now I know its hard to breath, just the let world go round and round, round, round But I have to admit, last year going thru someone very close to me stabbing me in the back, I REALLY latched onto "I Survived You." It was rough, ugly and painful. ISY became my theme song. I would blare it in the car over and over again. LOL That and "Everything I Don't Need" and "Ashes" which helped me deal with my pain and anger. Clay put out some good songs to help me through that mess. Thankfully, I have healed and am much better now. Who knew his voice and songs would make such a great therapist??? I think I tend to do the "feel then heal" thing so music really helps me a lot. For an escape though, I'd just watch Livin' LaVida Loca about 100 times. If that doesn't distract you nothing will! LOL I hope nobody now thinks I am nuts! hee claylove... nope, not nuts... you or me!!! Fear... I wish I could rent that house... you guys are putting in a whole bunch of work and I'm sure it looks great. When this is done you and Mr. Fear definitely deserve some FUN!!! bottle... I got an email from the Orleans cause SYTYCD is coming there, but I'm just not in love with anyone this year. Last year... I would have gone to see Josh/Katie and Twitch in a heartbeat, but this year's crop just are ok, compared with last year. Just me, I'm sure.
  24. I think I have added something new everyday -- a montage of Susan's clack yesterday and this graphic by Ashes earlier today. If you haven't seen it, here is the clickable: Caro Caro... that is a beautiful poem. Wasn't it nice of her son to acknowlege the Clay friends of his mom? merrieeee.... look on the bright side (where have I heard that phrase before??? LOL). It will all be done at the same time! Scarlett... hey, I do that, too! Someone will call and say they are having a problem doing such and such, usually in graphics. I walk in and stand behind them so they can show me what they are doing and bingo... it works perfectly for them. My aura has a rep in my office... KAndre... ME, TOO!!! I LOVE EL, but TLS is the bestest (tho UM is close) and that TLS outfit was the best he wore during the whole dang shebang. I could never figure out why Simon thought EL was so bad. Idjit! I LOVED the way those pants hugged those thighs of his.... whew!
