Sweet!  Get to listen to about 15 minutes of this....what I'm hearing is good!

Said he's living in NYC 85% of the time now.

Talking about making the bed...used to do it all the time, but after Idol, he really stopped.  He also stopped doing his own laundry for many years.  Now he's back to doing both again.

He gives bamboo sheets as gifts!

I had to miss some, but then could listen again, then miss some, and again listening now.

He told a cute story about Parker.

First of all, he had whispered to Taylor before the show that he wouldn't talk about his child!  However, the topic turned from sheets to talking to your children about what's going on in the world, specifically about the election.  Some gentleman who wrote a book (didn't catch his name, this was when I was getting ready for work) was saying that we shouldn't tell our children "it's OK," when we're obviously scared about something in the world.  He also talked about unconditionally loving your child, and letting them make mistakes.

OK, now for the actual story.  Parker, as we know, is crazy about trains.  One time Parker and Clay flew back from NC and landed at JFK, and Parker insisted they take the subway home.  Clay said -- "OK, as long as your figure out how to get there."  So Parker studied the maps, figured it all out.  But, like a lot of kids (and according to Clay, Clay himself!), got lost in thought, and missed a transfer stop.  Clay finally nudged Parker and said "we missed something."  So Parker and Clay got out at the next stop...which was in a neighborhood that was making Clay nervous.  Meanwhile, Parker was bouncing ahead.  Clay realized that he wanted to originally hold Parker close to him, but then said "that would be teaching my child to fear something that may not be that fearful after all."

I think it's a cool story.  But then, I'm also not a parent, probably for a good reason.

I listened in little increments and what I heard was great.  He was so real and funny and Taylor, the host just was gushing about him!  I love how he can be almost a different person depending on what show he is on.  Oh and he doesn't do porn because he doesn't want the others to be jealous of him.   Bwah!

Give  this man his own show!

They liked mine as well!

I just finished listening to most of the show from this morning.  Wow.  It's fantastic. He's so quick on his feet, first of all.  Then, he's really...open.  I mean, he talked a LOT about things that I never thought I'd hear him talk about -- porn, for example.  Don't get me wrong, I loved every minute of it -- but I guess I just never thought I'd see the day when I'd get to hear Clay Aiken talking about porn.  I can only imagine about those few people who still see him as this choir boy and how they would react.

One of the best shows ever.   And to those who have him still on a pedestal, well there about to have their eyes really opened.   So open and honest.   He talks about sleeping with girls and an ex boyfriend checking out grinder/tinder.   He comes across as such a good dad to Parker.   Like we didn't know that already but it's nice to have someone compliment him on things he does.

Loved him with Taylor.  Have to say think she talks faster and more than Clay!  Still laughing this morning.

Voted 3 weeks ago and have to work later.  By the time I get home,  the returns will be coming in.  Then I can listen to Clay and Meaghan.  What a Clay filled week,  two radio shows,  Bold on Friday and a song,  amazing. ?
