Hi Honeys, I'm home! :F_05BL17blowkiss: Thank you so much for all the wonderful Birthday wishes; they are very much appreciated! Had a wonderful week-end just relaxing and spending time with hubby. We went up to Wisconsin to a little town call Cedarburg; lots of little shops to browse and since hubby and I love noodling around in antique stores we were in heaven. Bought some more books to add to my collection...I collect Wizard of Oz and Little Golden Books and there is some home-made fudge in the fridge calling my name. The only downside to the week-end was the traffic on Friday night...needless to say, I am not a fan of the Illinois Tollway...took us 1 hour to go 2 miles. Made much better time coming home as we avoided the Tollway and went through Chicago...not too much trafffic on a Sunday. I see lots of interesting conversations while I was gone...I do think lyrics are very important to Clay and that is a consideration when he chooses songs...Quiana's version of WTLGD is a favorite of mine and while I am not a huge fan of Angela...I thought she did well on Listen. I loved her version of Black Velvet, wish it could have been the whole song. Caro "Jack" is a beautiful baby, I hope you can cuddle him real soon! My Cubbieswon again today! 3 game lead over the Milwaukee...it is going to be a fun last week of baseball! Kim

Good Morning Everyone, Hubby and I are heading off on our week-end getaway as soon as he gets home from work, so I have a busy morning...grocery shopping, laundry, packing. Wow, took me forever to be able to reply...kept getting page cannot be found. I like Clay with or without the beard, doesn't really matter to me....but I do love me some sideburns; even liked the scruffy ones from his audition. So, I am off the rest of the week since I worked the week-end; should be cleaning the house, but it is a really nice day out, so I think I will concentrate on the garden instead. Thank you so much for all the congratulations...the car is at the dealer and we are just about to sit down to a turkey breast that I threw in the slo-cooker (comes out very moist). Hubby has to work nights so he will be going to bed soon so no celebrating until the week-end...guess I will be spending my anniversary night with boyfriend. So has anybody missed me or at least the countdown? The cat bit through the mouse cord this morning and I was gone all day (open house at the library to show off our renovations) and I just now got the new mouse hooked up. It seems you were all busy looking at purty pictures of boyfriend; loved how he looked on Leno. If the Cubs were in the World Series and I had an opportunity to go to a game and then found out Clay had a concert the same night.....it would be tough...but since I have been a Cub fan longer than a Clay fan, I probably would say the The Cubs and then hope someone would give me a cellcert! Kim

The first thing that comes to mind is "playing with the wood." Clay didn't say it--an audience member did--but the expression on his face was priceless. Well, I think "How's your Volvo" would qualify. "Be Proud of Your Instrument" In Sterling Heights after discussing Angela's bad day; he kissed her forehead and said "She'll Give It To Me Later"...meaning that she would be probably take him to task for teasing her, but the audience got the smut and Clay was too cute when he finally realized what the whooing about! I knew I was going to love this board...all these dark chocolate lovers. I haven't tried some of the brands mentions, so I think I am going to have to go on a sampling spree. Just back from bowling...hubby and I have been on a league for a few years now...I am not the best bowler but it is a fun night out; the league we are on are just there for the fun, no one is overly-invested in winning which I like. We lost all three games tonight. Had to bring in my geraniums tonight since it is supposed to get in the thirties...I am so not ready for cold weather. My Cubbies won tonight! Of course nothing is easy with them and a 1-2-3 ninth inning just wouldn't do, so we had a few nail-biting moments, but that usually happens when they play the Cardinals. Well, now that I have bored you all to tears, I will say goodnight...see everyone in the morning. Kim

I am watching Jeopardy and there is a contestant on there named Clay....the contestant is a woman and she spells it Cle with a mark over the "e" (not sure what you call that mark), but I think it is very unique. Kim
