Thanks for the explanation...there are very few pictures of Clay that I don't like; I'm not a fan of the spikes so I imagine there are probably one or two of that hairstyle that I don't like...I don't save pictures of Clay (I know sacrilage!); so most times when people mention a certain look, I have to hope someone can post it to jog my memory. Snowflake picture, I don't see anything unflattering at all, just beautiful green eyes framed by those long, long lashes, a hint of freckles spinkled across those cut-glass cheekbones, alabaster skin, luscious lips; all framed by his lush windblown hair. Are you sure you don't like it? LOL! Kim

Me! Me! I am totally looking forward to the Fall and beyond; so many wonderful things happening and it does sound like Clay is happy with the way the CD is progessing...I don't spend a lot of time worrying about timelines either; I think that ends up causing a lot of angst in the fandom because people get so caught up in "this should happen first, than this and this" and when it doesn't go according to "plan" than the conspiracy theories, etc. begin. All I know is, I will be there, money in hand when the CD drops. I tend to think there will be more TV in Clay's future and I hope with all the upcoming events that we will see him on Kimmel at some point and maybe doing the morning shows for promotion. Kim

Any Cub fans out there? It is a thankless job, but someone has to do it. This season has, per ususal, been an up and down rollercoaster and I hate rollercoasters. I wasn't too sure about Lou Pinella at first; his reputation proceeded him and he just seemed a little to low-key at first...but I am slowly beginning to appreciate his baseball managing skills. Will the Cubs get to the post season this year? I've learned as a life long Cub fan not to get my hopes up and just take it game by game. Right now they have been pretty inconsistant and the Cardinals and Houston are really coming on strong; so unless they can get on a sustained winning streak, get better pitching (for all the hype about Zambrano he is 0-4 in August; partly due to his pitching and partly due to a sluggish offense), and start scoring runs, so as much as this pains me, I would have to say, I would be very surprised...2.5 game lead now, but that could be gone in the matter of a loss here and a win there. Also, I have not been too impressed with Jason Kendall; the man can't throw anyone out at second base although he does seem to be hitting better. I think Michael Barrett was a better defensive catcher and hot headed though he was, I was sorry to see him go. Kim

Good Morning Well, I have actually had better mornings; cat was up at 5:30 after not settling down until 1:30 so I was already tired and cranky and then she knocked a bowl off the counter and I had to clean up broken pottery all over the kitchen. Good Morning All, Thanks for the recap Couchie; can't wait to see this in November...now that he has conquered the game show format; how about Celebrity Jeopardy? Day 3 of shelving books; I think I discovered muscles I didn't know I had. Even with all the work the last few days, the library still isn't going to be ready to open next week. I just hope I can find all my stuff...Lord knows were they packed it all away. Only good thing is I can dress like a slob and apparently the workmen are big Dunkin Donuts fans, so we can take a donut break in the middle of the morning...sorry no Krispy Kremes, but then I am not really a fan anyway. I just don't see how wearing pants that are sliding that far down your butt can be comfortable? I know everyone has been dehydrating themselves drooling over the "zipper" picture, but honestly; my first thought was..."Clay! Go out and buy some pants that fit!" (I am such a Mom!) Kim

Just wanted to say a quick "hello" before I immerse myself in a tub of hot water...8 hours on my feet scrubbing shelves and straightening books...and I get to do it all over again tomorrow...good thing I am getting paid for this...I don't clean this much at home! Personally I don;t think we should be that anal about it. Just put in a source so others can decide if they want to give an info any attention. I am not one to shoot down every messenger. I still remember how this one girl said she saw Clay in the airport and was treated so badly on the board. So for general info like how Jamie is related to Clay or any possible appearances and projects...I don't think there is any problem. But anything more intrusive than that...I think is in the discretion of the people with the info and should be assessed on a case to case basis. Basically we are not invested in being a source of inside info or being the first to get info. Its just nice to know what other fans already know. Actually, I was just kidding...guess I should have thrown in a few emoticons to make that more obvious...snark has never been one of my strong suits. Kim
