  1. Usually I am Totally smileyClay but today no.1 smouldering star Clay is speaking to me...........
  2. Happy Belated Birthday To Merrieee & Claysmelody Thank you to all my FCA friends for the lovely birthday wishes. It has really made my day. It is the 7th here today. My birthday was yesterday and this year coincided with Fathers day. We (DH & DS 1&2) took my parents with us to Movie World (A warner brothers theme park). A lovely day was had by all. Had coffee (s) with a girlfriend today and a little wander round the shops. Back to work tomorrow, boohoo. Your Bug Out sounds fun ChaCha How is the Morgan going? I saw a restored car the other day and thought of you and you DH. What a wonderful hobby to have. My DH had his baseball semi final on Saturday and they got through to the grand final next week. So much excitement! Of course we all had to go out on Sat night to celebrate since we have a policy of celebrating every win - it always could be the last one! In the Masters Division (over 35s) the injuries play a big part by the end of the season!
  3. Thats okay, all the more for Clay to wear layer upon layer......... Hang on a minute! ..... Maybe Reed could get some desensitising shots.............
  4. Nice wheels Merieee! Does it have a voice recognition thingy? (that's the technical term I believe)
  5. Just saw an add on the comedy channel. We will be getting the Jimmy Kimmel show here soon. Yay! Just in time for possible promo interviews!
  6. But dang we'd all have the best darn cleavage if we could just find those push up finger splints!! Alas, I fear that the finger pageant would see me in last place (as usual) since my fingers are like the rest of me - short and stumpy and sporting a bit too much cleavage at the moment!
  7. Well Canfly, you have to keep those fingers nimble just in case..... ETA: I have been practising "spirit fingers" and will soon upgrade to "finger push ups".............of course my backside gets larger by the minute but my fingers are swimsuit ready.......... ETAA: Off to watch Australian idol. This week is top 24 down to top 12. Lots of fresh faced newcomers and some surprising voices so far.
  8. Shirt Collar Mystery: Looks like multi-coloured glitter to me...(Maybe an overambitious craft project with Parker, as first time parents are wont to do?)
  9. This is exactly where you should share those thoughts Lotus . I know what you mean about his "new" jawline. I still think he's niiice to look at, same as before, but a very distinctive part of him has changed (teeth and jawline) and it takes a while to get used to it. ETA: Kf, that first picture you posted (Clay on AI5?) is one of my very faves because of its naturalness and the sheer happiness radiating from him.
  10. UNSW STUDY (VERY INTERESTING & SHORT) A study worth sharing with friends both male and female: UNSW's Department of Psychiatry has revealed that the kind of face a woman finds attractive on a man can differ depending on where she is in her menstrual cycle. For example: If she is ovulating, she is attracted to men with rugged and masculine features. However, if she is menstruating, or menopausal, she tends to be more attracted to a man with duct tape over his mouth and a spear lodged in his chest while he is on fire. No further studies are expected.
  11. Yay! New picture, the odd tweet here and there, I'm happy!! We are in the middle of a heat wave here - highest August temps on record - 38C in some places. Spring is officially a couple of weeks away yet! Of course my DH is at the other end of the country this week enjoying record low temps & severe storm warnings (not!)
  12. Yay! First vote (usually last) His expression in No 2 reminds me of one of the photos of Parker. In no.1 his face looks like it might have been from the time shortly after his surgery when it was a bit swollen? ETA: Ooooh Bottle, looks like we're neck and neck..... ETAA: Not first vote but coming in second is fine by me ......(and somebody else I know).....
  13. But beware they work hand in hand with Fublicists. :cryingwlaughter:
  14. The 2006 scandal/JP crap. I can't even acknowledge that there was a scandal. The rumors of Clay's career being upended by the "mess" was always a non-issue to me. Only when I joined the online fandom in early June 2006 (after AI5 finale) did I hear about this "mess," which I truly believe was only an issue between the online fans and the internet haters (and I do believe there are online haters working against every celebrity, every cause, every sports team -- you name it.) Anyway, I too had to ask what was the "mess" after I joined the fan club. It just wasn't out there in the big world like so many assume it was. Nobody I knew in my whole life ever mentioned anything to do with it. I don't live in a cave, I read newspapers and magazines and watch TV and have been on the internet since 1995, but the "mess"age never got through to me, or anyone I knew at the time. To me, the true mess was that some fans allowed themselves to become reactionary and turned inside out by a disgusting creepy crawler and some flying monkeys whose reason to exist can probably be summed up as follows: Promulgate fear, doubt and loathing for anything positive and good, and by any means necessary stamp out joy before it spreads. I think if they had a mission statement it would be something like that. Personally, I don't think it was necessary or advantageous to even acknowledge such pathetic low-lifes. I try to make it a point never to be stirred by shit-stirrers. Even though I can't stop what they do and what they say, I believe they get away with nothing because living within themselves has to be a horrible experience, and punishment plenty. However, that being said .... Fuck 'em and the frog they rode in on. Wise wise words Kf.......Mind if I borrow them when talking to my sons about bullies? I have been trying to say just that but your words are so much more succinct. (My baby (11) came home yesterday upset because some boys were teasing him about his freckles and pale skin - it sure brought back memories!)
  15. Hey, not everybody went for #2, I personally love #1 and echo you on the smile on his happy face. Not sure what's up with peeps saying that #1 pic seems "off" or "creeps them out." I think I'm the only one who said that Bon, and I can't even explain why it has that affect on me. I'm just a bad fan I guess. Here, I'll save y'all the trouble lol Add me in to the "No.1 seems off" car. There is just something about it ....maybe he doesn't look genuinely happy?....he must have to smile often when he doesn't feel like it, I don't know how he does it day in day out.
  16. Late as usual......... Happy Birthday Cha Cha
  17. {{{Couchie}}} Great minds think alike Liney ITA justclay - Your avi is just how I picture Clay at the moment, grinning fit to burst - just like the rest of us! :nana: :twinklewhore: :twinklewhore: :twinklewhore:
