Ansamcw Posted July 18, 2007 Author Report Posted July 18, 2007 I think that was her best Listen so far. hee Clay says...goodnight...I should go home I feel I should read the phone book before I sing again...to make you forget that
jamar1700 Posted July 18, 2007 Report Posted July 18, 2007 (edited) Banter is mushy...can't hear what he's talking about. Okay...LAL. All I heard...executive producer....7 months later. I can hear him singing ... just fine. Edited July 18, 2007 by jamar1700
ldyjocelyn Posted July 18, 2007 Report Posted July 18, 2007 I feel I should read the phone book before I sing again...to make you forget that But see that would make me all gooey and mushy and squeeeing too. When will he figure that out? Wow, nice clear LAA. The sound tonight has been fantastic, and his voice has never sounded better.
muskifest Posted July 18, 2007 Report Posted July 18, 2007 (edited) LAA....gah. Oh. Perfect high note first time....being careful on 'head voice' parts---not trying to force it---and it sounds wonderful..... I think this is going to be a song that sounds different every time he sings it....because I think he really becomes the words and everything affects the final result---where he is, what he was doing earlier in the day, what he dreamed about the night before.....where he's going and what he'll be doing later....This song might not be perfect....but it's his. eta: beautiful...and breathtaking how silent the place is for so many seconds after that last note before everyone erupts.... jamar1700 Posted July 18, 2007 Report Posted July 18, 2007 (edited) :F_05BL17blowkiss: --- support the arts speech... not getting too much...much mushiness... Edited July 18, 2007 by jamar1700
Ansamcw Posted July 18, 2007 Author Report Posted July 18, 2007 I think the contrast with Listen and LAA is just stunning... LAA will be a classic.
muskifest Posted July 18, 2007 Report Posted July 18, 2007 He just said, "Simon Cowell's an IDIOT!" BWAH!
Ansamcw Posted July 18, 2007 Author Report Posted July 18, 2007 who did he call idiot??? lots of laughing...
Ansamcw Posted July 18, 2007 Author Report Posted July 18, 2007 He just said, "Simon Cowell's an IDIOT!" BWAH! BWAH!!!!
ldyjocelyn Posted July 18, 2007 Report Posted July 18, 2007 Man, as much as I agree with the Simon comment, I need some context on that one. Gah....BYLM. Favorite song on the album, and its giving me chills again right now. He so feels this song.
bottlecap Posted July 18, 2007 Report Posted July 18, 2007 He just said, "Simon Cowell's an IDIOT!" BWAH! BWAH!!!! Wonder if the Simon Cowell boards will get all up in arms and send e-mails and plan boycotts and whatnot.
Ansamcw Posted July 18, 2007 Author Report Posted July 18, 2007 thanks for your support not only on shows but when we get in trouble in planes and in tlak shows...hee Perfect way to end the evening.
muskifest Posted July 18, 2007 Report Posted July 18, 2007 Evidently his voice cracked while talking and he joked that he'd finally reached puberty! And that now he's a man! BYLM.....love how he FEELs the words here, too....I love him.
ldyjocelyn Posted July 18, 2007 Report Posted July 18, 2007 And that now he's a man! So that's what the screaming earlier was... *insert smutty comment here*
Carolina Clay Posted July 18, 2007 Report Posted July 18, 2007 You know, that goes by way too fast! Caro
muskifest Posted July 18, 2007 Report Posted July 18, 2007 Man, as much as I agree with the Simon comment, I need some context on that one. Never fear, ldyj....he was talking about all the talent on the stage and in local arts programs, etc....then he said the Cowell thing---referring to how Cowell puts down the talent pool wherever he goes in USA... I'm all verkempt that he mentioned our support re: planes and talk shows in addition to at concerts.... And he ended the song with "And I love you, too...Goodnight, Philadelphia!" wow. Damn. How many of us could he handle before getting loved to death? Ok...I'll go home now.....heh. I stayed at work here by myself so that I could listen to the cellcert....guess I should go to my family now....
Ansamcw Posted July 18, 2007 Author Report Posted July 18, 2007 its KAndre...again he was getting hoarse in talking and changed things up later in singing
Couch Tomato Posted July 18, 2007 Report Posted July 18, 2007 Ah man such a good cellstream..and company comes
Ansamcw Posted July 18, 2007 Author Report Posted July 18, 2007 there is rumor that Clay waxed his arm...and no there was hair...it was sweaty but there was hair. there was a woman that keeps touching his feet
