Ansamcw Posted September 26, 2006 Author Report Posted September 26, 2006 EEEEEEEEEEEEEE yeah Kimmel!!!! and M&G...wow I think we will be getting some fun recaps and maybe a great blog about this from our FCA representatives... HAVE FUN LADIES!!!! and I did love the Clay mention in Studio 60...it was a pleasant surprise... OK...Bring on HDD...
bottlecap Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 Looks like HDD sales numbers typically start back up around 10:30am EST - right when I am scheduled to be in the middle of a conference call. Lucky, I can have my phone on mute and can hopefully still monitor the situation. I hope Clay is fully recovered and can meet all of his obligations today. I'm assuming since Clay's afternoon is occupied with the CD signing, he won't have time to pre-record any skits or whatnot with Jimmy Kimmel. I can't wait, though, to see Clay and Jimmy interact, 'cause they are always very funny together. Fingers crossed for at least two songs... and maybe some sightings of people I "know" in the audience.
georgiaclay Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 Is the Larry King thing still ago for tomorrow night?? I might get home JUST in time to catch it. Thank God for VCR's and DVR'S. G Waving to Bottle I will join you on that kegger now that we know "they" are in flight. :trink3: :704: :schwirr:
Ansamcw Posted September 26, 2006 Author Report Posted September 26, 2006 Not really sure...it came from an RCA email...I haven't heard anything official that its not a go.
Ansamcw Posted September 26, 2006 Author Report Posted September 26, 2006 :bier: :bier: :bier: BWAH...are you just getting yourself ready??? I am about to get my book and read...helps with the anxiety.
bottlecap Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 It's probably not a good idea to be passed out drunk at my desk before it's even noon, is it? HA! Actually, I'm chugging Diet Pepsi, but the alcohol icons are more fun... Waiting, waiting, waiting...
playbiller Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 (edited) Come on now, I am just off to start my doggie day - Holly missed me while I was gone and it has been non-stop bugging me since I got home - I think I may take away her balls, unlike the way you take away male dogs, I just pick hers up off the floor and put them in a toy box. I am anti- HDD. I am getting very aware how much men are threatened by women lately and these reviews just seem to emphasize it. I think this country seriously needs guys to grow up - Hmm, waybe that is just one more reason to love Clay. He actually likes women, unlike these homophobic male reviewers - they don't like women and they are not attracted to men - such a quandry for them. Edited September 26, 2006 by playbiller
bottlecap Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 playbiller - the misogynistic male's worst nightmare: Oprah and Hillary in 2008. Now, if only Oprah would cooperate... I shouldn't have clicked on Jemock's newest blog entry during my lunch hour - I almost choked on a pretzel. Very funny, if you don't have a weak stomach.

bottlecap Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 I wasn't wired in for this numbers thing when MOAM came out. It is truly nuts, isn't it?
Ansamcw Posted September 26, 2006 Author Report Posted September 26, 2006 I wasn't wired in for this numbers thing when MOAM came out. It is truly nuts, isn't it? Yes it is...and fun if not taken too seriously.... specially when he has some good numbers.
bottlecap Posted September 26, 2006 Report Posted September 26, 2006 One of the CV members just reported in from the CD siging line. She reported there were a thousand people in line ( :o ) and that they might start letting people in early. Holy Cow!!!! I hope Clay can get through that many signatures... Were any of our FCA'ers going to try for an autograph? CLAY
