Apropos of nothing.. I just renewed my CH cellstream subscription, and how bizarre it is to see the conversion rate on my paypal actually show less USD. Never thought I'd see the day.

EATA: I'm listening to CV's Clay Radio right now, and Beautiful Star of Bethlehem just came on. I haven't heard it in a while, and I swear it made my eyes leak! Definitely in my top ten special moments. God, I love him. And I mean it. :wub:

Hey all,

Checking in from sunny LV again. We have had a great couple of days - the Hoover Dam, and seeing all sorts of neat things on the LV strip. The Beatles Love was cool, and last night Elton John was really different from a typical concert, LOL. Very adult themed. Our feet hurt and we are glad that today we can stop all the walking and just take taxis. ;) We will be heading over the FCA breakfast soon. I have my DCAT shirt on! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE, it's Clay day!!!!!!!!

OK maybe I can use my few extra minutes here to surf back and see if anything else exciting is going on in Clay land....

Just geting dressed to meet everyone down stairs - which means changing foot casts, heh.

I would emoticon, but it is hard on someone else's computer with odd buttons and no tabbing in the browser, etc.

Well, so far, 50 cents ahead in the casinos, where we sit waiting for busses.

I like the phrase about Clay being cuter than a 5th grader sniff, too bad we don't have a pin for that, heh.

Ok, OK, will get dressed so I am not late for breakfast!

And I may not even get to see the Christmas show ON Christmas either, unless I can commandeer my husband's family's TV set, which is doubtful. Ah well, that's what DVR's and Clack Unlimited are for...as I found out last week.

I get to be in my toasty warm home and go out into the icy cold air outside. All you LV peeps get to leave the icy cold skating arena and go out into the warm toasty air... so close, so close, but yet somehow not the same....ahhhh...I remember...you get Clayyyyy too.

OK here's the proof for the pin. I did D and C. D is the winner so it's definite. If there's enough interest for C (and I know Claygasm can't buy 100) we'll do both. I will do the order form on Wednesday. If I can, I'll get it up tonight but that is unlikely because I have to work a little and then pick up my mom from the airport in San Francisco.

Contemplates going for broke and ordering 100 C pins.... Can't do it!! :cry4:

ETA: Let me clarifiy myself here (TM Don Knotts in the Ghost and Mrs Chicken) By Friday I will be able to make a best guess estimate and get the production started. For instance if I have 70 D pins pre ordered, I'll purchase 100. If I have 120 pins ordered I'll purchase 150. If I get 20 orders of pin C..sorry Claygasm, I'll not purchase that pin and I'll refund everyone for that order. I hope that makes more sense.

Oh don't lose heart. Start a "Save the C pin" pledge drive! Maybe enough people will order an extra 'C' to make the cut. Besides, I think a 'C' pin will be more valuable than a 'D' pin 5 years from now -- look at both and see if you don't agree. You know how those 2nd place finishers end up!
